After much demand we're now very happy to offer a mail order service to our customers in the UK, we hope to be able to extend this service to the EU soon.

Once you have had a look around our site and have made your selections, please download and print the order form below. You will need Adobe reader to view it. Then send it, together with your payment to the address shown on the 'Contact Us' page.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Currently we can only accept payment by cheque or postal order. These should be made payable to Hedgehog Gardens and cheques should have your cheque guarantee number on the back.
  • Orders will only be dispatched once all funds are cleared through the banking system.
  • For postal charges please email us with your intended order and we will endeavor to reply within 24 hours with the costs.(At weekends this may take longer)
  • Orders will only be dispatched on either the Monday or Tuesday following clearance of funds. This is to avoid the risk of delays and the plants being held over the weekend in sorting offices etc.
  • We cannot take responsibility for orders lost or damaged by the carriers. If this should occur then please retain the packaging and make note of the time and date of delivery.
  • Climbing plants will have their canes removed and may possibly have their top growth trimmed for ease of packaging. (We will try to avoid trimming if possible)
  • Plants will only be dispatched in tip top condition, however if a problem arises then please notify us, in writing, within 5 days of receipt of your order.
  • We cannot take responsibility for a plants failure due to lack of/incorrect care, incorrect planting conditions and adverse weather conditions.
  • You should be aware that some plants may have a period of 'sulking' when first planted as they dislike having their roots disturbed e.g. Magnolias & Hellebores. This is completely natural and is beyond our control.
  • We will endeavor to keep our website up to date but during busy periods this is not always possible so some plants may be out of stock. If tis occurs we will not supply a substitute unless specifically requested to do so.
  • You have the right to cancel your order at anytime up until the time of dispatch, If you decide to do so then please notify us immediately by both telephone and email.
  • Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to return goods. However, as plants are perishable in transit we do not consider that that right applies to orders placed with us. See http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm for full details.
  • We will not share your details with any third parties with the exception of your name and address with the carriers - they need to know where you live after all.
  • We are not VAT registered.
